Located in Kissimmee, the American Vacation Homes offer spacious condominiums and vacation homes, all approximately 19 miles from Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include Walt Disney World® Resort, up to 20 miles away, and the front office is approximately 11 miles from Universal Studios®.

Rental property amenities include a community pool (for guests staying in the villas), clubhouse, security, and a front office.

Guest accommodations are available in two- and three-bedroom villas and three-, four-, and five-bedroom rental homes. Typical amenities include cable TVs, telephones, irons and ironing boards, laundry facilities, air-conditioning, towels, linens, fully equipped kitchens, ovens, refrigerators, garbage disposals, microwaves, cooking utensils, toasters, alarm clocks, dishwashers, and coffeemakers. Some homes feature private, screened pools.

Note: these properties require that all guests provide a 250.00 damage deposit upon arrival on a credit card, which will be returned 30 days after departure date if no damages or losses occurred. If guest doesn't have a credit card, a 1000 cash deposit will be required.

Kissimmee Destination Overview

In Kissimmee, visitors can catch a glimpse of Florida as it was during the past two centuries. The rail station is a “newcomer”, by those standards.
