The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- USD 50.00 for 3 bedroom units. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or longer. Check-in is located at 2145 Resort Drive Suite 100, Steamboat Springs, CO. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.
