This property is a pink sandcastle on the sunny shores of Daytona Beach. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, local attractions, and the Ocean Center Convention Complex.

This is one of the two properties that are next to each other and the guest from either one can use the resources of each one as they are both owned by Oceans Resorts. The Beachside Plaza is a complete non-smoking hotel and in all public areas too. The Palm Plaza, next door is smoking and non-smoking. The hotel amenities include heated pools and kiddie pool, a complimentary continental breakfast, snack bar, game room, laundry service, and beach towels are available on request.

All rooms are oceanfront and all have efficiencies such as private balconies, free HBO and Disney, and safes.
